Horrible customer service
"Pretty much sums it up. After placing the order, and the bank paying them, the company claims not to have the manpower to ship your order in a timely fashion. You can't cancel the order. You can't get a refund. You can't get expedited shipping. 30-45+ minute waits to get to a CSR.
Won't even make that mistake again. NOT worth the hassles."

Fast easy transaction. Very easy to work with on an order screw up that I made
"I made an error in selecting options from the order and they were able to correct the order, quickly, and painlessly. They shipped USPS for delivery in 3 business days.
I would do business with them again...hopefully not too soon (if you know what I mean)."
