"I was guaranteed delivery. I had professional installation scheduled and had to pay a $50 cancellation fee to the installer. I made several requests during several days for a tracking number and I never received a response. No one responded to me until my third email which was after the guaranteed delivery date and the installation company requires a 24 hour cancellation. I requested to be reimbursed the $50 fee I was charged that could have been avoided simply thru communication and no one ever responded to me. The item stated order by 1pm and the order ships the same day. It took about 5 days for them to ship out the order."
