Beware
"HP tells you that they will give you express shipping (2-3 days) but they do not tell you that it may take 2-3 weeks to build your computer model, but they do not have these on hand. I am still waiting for the "express" computer and it has been more than 2 weeks."

Very reasonable cost even when the add in the handling charge.
"You can trust Walmart checks (they use Harland Clarke around for 147 years). They add a $3.62 processing fee when you go to check out (but the shipping is free). This charge made a single pack of basic checks $11.08 mailed to your door. A very reasonable cost from a well-known company."

I ordered six wines of a certain vineyard and date
"I ordered six wines of a certain vineyard and date but I got only two of the six wines I ordered. The other four wines were of a different date or vineyard. I wrote them an email on to get a computer-generated response "We attempt to satisfy all our customers, please call us if you have a problem." I tried 3x to talk with customers' support but never got through. Horrible service."

Always, OK almost always a problem with orders
"They're competitive with Amazon (very good prices) but the shipping dept. serious ****. They sent me the wrong dive knife...then I had to send it back get the right one. The sent me the wrong size... then I had to send it back and reorder... they back-ordered an item which held up the shipping on the other two items (needed for the next dive trip) and never let me know... a few days before leaving to Bonaire I called and they told me that the order was held up and would ship the next week! I need to pay $35 for two-day shipping. They seriously need to get their shipping department in order."

Never will come close to Amaon for Returning a prodcut and getting a credit. 10=5=2018
"I had a Defective Leveno Laptop which I sent back within 10 day. Walmart sent me the return label. I repacked it and send it via USPS. From USPS I got a copy that it was sent. Seven days later on my web account the words "returned" showed up. Then nothing happened for 28 days. NO refund to my Visa card. I asked and Walmart wanted more information... then from Visa I received a letter asking for copies of receipts, dates purchased, date set, tracking # etc.
I thank God that I keep copies of EVERYTHING when dealing with with Walmart (you should too!) Finally, after working with Visa customer service I asked to work with a Visa supervisor. They got action and they credited my account and said they will deal with Walmart directly. 2 Weeks latter I get a letter from Walmart Refund Notices has been processed. 9 weeks. BAD"

"This is the second year I have used TextbookRush and I am pleased with their service. However, caveat, if you have an issue it can be way more difficult to get it resolved than to place an order... this is why I gave them four stars not five."

Wow, what a deception in advertising.
"I ordered (July 2017) the "Vibrant Blooms DOUBLE Bouquet" for $65. It showed a huge bouquet with at least 32 flowers showing. What I got was a small group of 12 flowers! Beware. Serious ripoff."

Great Quality... Fair Price ... excellent service
"I ordered 200 and after tweaking the design I got the patches I wanted - exactly. I was charged upfront $35 for a sample patch to be mailed to me but they took the cost off of the total. I am very pleased with this company."

"Never again. I used Paypal to pay GearXS who sent it to the wrong address. After weeks of waiting I called and then they said it was Paypal's fault (even though I clearly wrote the correct address on the initial order) then with moaning and groaning they agreed to resend... when it arrived there was $18.50 postage due on the item. Dysfunctional company."
