"The online ordering system was broken, FF didn't want to hear about it, didn't believe me, then finally acknowledged that it made a mistake, not me. I asked to return the wrong filters, FF didn't want them back, but made me order new ones and would not pay for shipping to my home location, which is not where I originally had my filters shipped. FF would only pay for shipping to my original order location, which is inside the contiguous United States. I paid extra to have my California neighbor ship them to me in Hawaii. The upside is that I was able to sell the wrong filters, which covered my shipping cost. Thank you, Facebook Marketplace!"
