"Last year, order hung in "suspense" after the 10th customer service rep. Ordered Thanksgiving Day, rec'd ordered week before Christmas. Order short and was billed for all. Tried to get a refund for what was not sent, gave up after several attempts. This year, tried again. Started emailing & calling after 1 week of order not being filled. Oh, now my product is out of stock...not when I ordered it. Ordered fulfilled hours after nasty calls. Billed in full even tho on back order. HELL NO, not again. Never.Ever.Again !!!!! Don't do it. 2 yrs in a row."
