"I was satisfied with the quality of the prints I have ordered but their processing time is extremely slow. I first ordered picture canvas as a Christmas present on December 6th. I did not receive it until mid-Janauary. I e-mailed them asking about my order and got no response. I finally reached a service rep via their online chat. My latest order was placed on January 10th. I again had to contact a service rep by online chat to discover it has finally shipped. As of January 24th I still do not have my canvas."

I placed an order on Aug 11, my credit card was immediately charged. 10 days later on Aug 21st I finally received e-mail saying order was shipped. I waited another 10 days and the tracking website stated the post office has received the conformation number, but it has not received the package. I attempted to contact customer support by phone, but always got a recording. I left a message on the customer support line but never received a call back. I emailed customer support on Sept 8th, and got an immediate response saying the package may have been lost in shipping and they refunded my credit card. The next day Sept 9th I received the package, and the post office tracking website had been updated. I contacted customer support via e-mail to inform them I received my order, and no longer require a refund. I was informed the refund had already been issued and to accept the item as a complimentary gift for long shipping time.
I will buy from them again, I will only use the e-mail to contact customer support I will not buy anything that I need quickly."
"I ordered ram memory. Got a great price. Received a conformation e-mail within a couple hours and received the product in 2 days. I got a email confirming they recieved my rebate form in 2 weeks.
UPDATE: Got my rebate. In the meantime I have made 1 more purchase with Fry's and I am thrilled with thier prices and service. I will shop there again."
"The price is good. The service is slow. Took 4 days to get a vacuum cleaner belt shipped, 4 more days for it to arrive. When I went to send an email to the customer service asking why I had not received a shipment notification after 3 days I read a note on the customer service page that stated to not even ask about orders until 4 business days have passed. On the fourth day I finally got a shipment notice, and I did get the product 8 days after I ordered it. I expected it in much less time."
