"I was a little worried when I wasn't able to get a hold of anyone at Thriftycomputer. My emails weren't answered...but then they called me and apologized for the inconvenience. Very friendly customer service, and they send the iphone I ordered "Next Day Air". Iphone is in great shape with no visible scratches. Very satisfied with their product and customer service."
