"I had bought an open box motherboard, took a chance on it, unfortunately it arrived DOA. I shipped backed to newegg.com and got a refund. No problems getting a RMA, but they did charge me a 15% restocking fee. Went to Live Chat customer service, connected to a person named Lan, explained that I shouldn't have to pay a restocking fee nor shipping for a defective part and was supplied a full refund and compensation for shipping. The rest of my order was great, shipped fast. And newegg alleviated a problem quickly."
