"I had a really good customer service experience with Cell Phone Nerd. I bought a used phone which in the end didn't work out (couldn't get it to recognize my carrier, although it was supposed to) but they were extremely helpful and gave me no hassle when I concluded that it couldn't be fixed. Then when I returned it I got a full refund the same day they received the malfunctioning phone. In a perfect world the phone would have worked, but I have to say their customer service was really as good as it gets. I highly recommend Cell Phone Nerd."

"I've bought items from Lubery for several years, but my most recent order a couple of weeks ago was packed very inappropriately in a huge USPS cardboard box with ONE crumpled piece of paper for packing, which meant the two bottles broke their seals and leaked all over the inside of the box. I emailed them immediately, and got no response. I just tried to call them today on the phone number listed on the invoice [I've been out of town since the day I received the damaged shipment] and got a recording saying the number had been disconnected. I'll have to pursue getting my money back through my credit card, but this is not OK. Buy from them at your own risk."
