"Absolutely the worse company I have ever dealt with. I returned items, on THEIR UPS call tag, and they still will not give me the credit. They stole $450 from me is the bottom line. I returned my entire order, 4 cartridges, and they are saying I only returned 1. Since it was their UPS number I am not able to verify the weight. Quite a scam, huh? They pay for the return shipping and you can't verify! They tell ME to verify. HORRIBLE, HORRIBLE customer service. DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! I will post everywhere I can and hopefully cost them thousands for the $500 they stole from me."
