"I ordered a MAHA MH C9000 battery charger and it came very quickly. I was very happy with the product and while at first the instructions seemed really complicated, it took little time to figure out the possibilities of this charger. There is little question that with a few very simple steps I can keep rechargable batteries working longer and more effectively through their lifecycle. This is much better than the typical chargers which can tell you a battery is fully charged only to find it dies after 10 minutes."

"I had a great experience with The Sound Professionals. I ordered a Tascam DR-07 on a one day sale and was informed that due to tremendous response the item had sold out. I was quickly informed though that my request would be honored with the next shipment of the ordered item. At that point I emailed The Sound Professionals and asked if I could use my own work UPS number for rush shipping as I was hoping to get the Tascam DR-07 in time to use for an event I would be attending. I was not only told I could use my own shipping number, but because I was in need of the item, they would personally make sure mine was shipped as soon as the item came in, which would be the following Friday. True to their word, I was informed of the item arriving and of the quick shipment out to me. As a result of their personalized service I was able to get my item in time. As a result, I want to share this experience. This was great service, and while I have shopped at The Sound Professionals before, I would now certainly always look to them first in the future."
