Ordered only one part
"I tried ordering a Whirlpool inlet valve for a Duet washer. After almost a 3 weeks, I called and questioned the order. I was told it was to arrive on their end on the 20th of October. After the 25th, still no email saying it was being shipped. At this point, I cancelled the order. Still have seen anything about a refund, but am confident I will get it. Just may take a couple of phone calls to make sure it happens. What a joke!"
