bad customer service/bad shipping
"My first order came damaged. When I finally got threw to their customer service line. They gave me a credit and told me to reorder my items. The customer service lady was very rude to me. So I reordered and it never came after 2 weeks once again. One again it took 3x calling their customer service line. They received my order back to them cuz the package was damaged. They never called me or resent out the order. They said they credited my account well I have no credit yet. Oh and I got told once again to reorder my stuff. Yea I wont be ordering from this company again"
