"Ordered 2 sticks of ram and when one turned up faulty, MemoryStock team immediately shipped a replacement and included a return shipping label for the faulty ram. Used their chat system for communications and was pleased a representative was always online during business hours to respond. Great customer service and will order again from MemoryStock."
