"I called to open a claim for the console table I purchased in 2021 with an indoor service plan for 3 years. The glass broke and I needed it replace. I spoke with Michelle, very nice and professional, whom immediately sent me a text message to send in pictures of the damage and within 15 minutes she had set up a replacement delivery to fix the issue. Very efficient and very impressed by the service provided. I definitely recommend their service plan"
