One of the glass light shades was damaged. They immediately shipped replacement. I should have ordered all my lights from them."

When checking on my order you have to wait on the phone for 30 minutes on hold and then they say "will have to check and call you back." Or I keep getting the "order is being processed and we are waiting for item to arrive at our warehouse by email." After many weeks I cancelled order and customer rep Larry said I would receive refunds for my whole order. Still waiting"
