Filtersfast is the name, but should be Filterslow
"I inquired about a sump for a Sears undercounter filter system - common part sold for many years to 1000s of customers. They responded, I have to reach out to the manufacturer? I thought the answer was a cop-out. No effort made. Saw a part that looked like it would fit, so I ordered it. Website said 4-5 days shipping. 5 days came and went. Contacted Filterfast to find unit was backordered. Took a whole month, when it finally arrived, didn't fit anyway. Saw a second part that I was sure would fit, but it also said 4-5 days shipping. I said forget it. This is the age of Amazon - next day shipping. 4 - 5 days doesn't cut it anymore. A month - forget about it."
