"My over all experience with digicombs was ok. Customer services was okay and pleasent. There was just few things that bothered me. Once I placed my order online, I don't understand why they had to call me or I call them just to verify my order. The conversation was only to try upsell me on items I really didn't need. The only thing I have to complain really about is that I places my order before 11 that day and paied extra for over night shipping and got my item two days later. They same day that I purchased my item I called back for an traking or way number. I was told that I would be getting an email with my information which I got two days later after placing my order. overall, I can say that this was a okay transaction. I just wish they didnt try to upsell when you call or they call. That was big turn off for me."
