Low Quality Products and Awful Customer Service
"I ordered over $900 worth of hoodies from this company. I received the shirts on 10/4 and they were drastically different from what I ordered and approved. In addition, I paid extra to have the design sized up on larger sizes, but they did not provide the service I paid for. I contacted them on 10/4 to request a refund or reprint. 24 days later, they still have done nothing to fix their mistake. Their customer service reps via phone and email promise a resolution soon each time, but never follow up. I have contacted them at least 10 times. Do not use this company."
