"Ugh. I ordered two relatively simple items that were needed for a build thinking that I'd end up saving a few bucks as compared to NewEgg figuring that it would probably get here in around the same amount of time. NE typically gets to me in 1-3 business days depending if it is shipping from the West Coast or East Coast. However, after 2 days they hadn't even provided an invoice for one item and after 15 days they still haven't provided an invoice. In any case, the first item ended up coming about 6 business days and obviously the second item never came and I ended up having to get it from NewEgg anyways. The worst part is that when I tried to contact their customer service via e-mail it took them until the end of the second business day before they emailed me back. After sending a reply to the email that was sent to me, it was never answered. I'm giving two stars since the prices at Provantage were certainly very competitive so if you're not looking for things in a rush and are willing to wait it out, I would say it's not a bad store, but system builders with any kind of deadline at all had better stick with NewEgg or you may get burned like I did."

"Very good experience. Got a few fans that were out of stock everywhere else. Prices were competitive and items are great. Shipping, communication and speed were A+. Got me my items 2 business days after ordering."

"Absolutely awesome experience. Roman is definitely the Pioneer dealer of choice. He is helpful and knowledgeable and has the best prices out there. Shipping, ordering, customer service were all the best that I've gotten anywhere. No pressure to upsell the warranty. And my experience is definitely unique since I've sent 4 of my friends there and they have had similar experiences. Wish I had more to say, but other than everything was perfect, there's not a whole lot to say."
