"Ordered their "Web Power Switch III" on 6/17/11. Had a FedEx tracking# in my hand that evening. Had the box in my hand a week later. It's hooked-up and working at this instant; very well made, with a longer-than-expected power cord (always a plus). The LEDs are brighter than I would prefer, and I wish the unit had an internal clock for logging, but nothing's perfect. Prior to ordering, I'd asked a few technical questions via email. I always received a response. Overall, very satisfied."

"Worst online shopping experience I've ever had! Ordered a $160 razor on 6/14/11. Received email notification of shipment on 6/17/11 w/ USPS tracking#. Tracking number registered as invalid on USPS website for 7 days. (Constantly indicated 'electronic shipping info received) Contacted Wal-Mart & was advised they believed it lost in shipping. They advised me to wait one more day, and if it didn't arrive, they'd either provide a refund or reship. At this point, I was convinced they'd never shipped the first time. Long-story-short, Wal-Mart sends its packages by a third-party service called Streamlite. THEY took 7 days to deliver my package to a post office that's two hours from me. Only THEN, did the tracking number they supplied register as valid. Keep in mind, the TOTAL distance this package was traveling can be driven in TWO HOURS. It took a total of 10-days for Wal-Mart to get my razor delivered over a distance of two-hours' drive. During 9 of those 10 days, their tracking information was invalid. Their online reps were just as in-the-dark and clueless [as myself] regarding even the existence of my package. A running dialogue during and a venomous follow-up afterwards, yielded a promise of free 2-day shipping on my next order. I can't see myself repeating this experience with Wal-Mart. TOO LITTLE, TOO LATE."

"I needed a couple of very specific fans- for replacement use in a DLP TV. I ordered on 4/6, the fans shipped on 4/6. I had a USPS tracking# in my email that evening. They were in my hands on 4/9. And- I got them at a price that I couldn't beat. Nothing but good things to say- definitely bookmarked them as a preferred vendor for my future purchases."

"Over the past three weeks, I've placed three orders. All went without a hitch. Their one failing- the inability to edit an order once it's been submitted. Even if it's only been a few hours, the only way to change (or even add-to) the order is to cancel the entire order and resubmit- which is, ironically, the ONLY option that is still available at that point. (This, despite the fact that I was online with a live rep) They were very cordial about the whole mix-up (which was MY fault), but I have to admit I was disappointed at having to cancel an order (and wait for the charge to be refunded to my card), and re-place the order days later. I had the funds to double-up and charge the same order twice, but I wanted to lessen the chances of a mix-up. Still, overall, a VERY GOOD company to do business with. I recommend without reservation."

"Ordered a set of snow chains and a CD. The two were boxed loose w/o packing material! CD vs. tire chains = broken CD. A stern but polite email to Amazon had my CD replaced via free overnight shipping. I would've preferred they got it right the first time, but I respect their dedication to 'making' it right. I honestly lowered their "shipping process" rating for this event, but I'm still a very satisfied customer. Ordered a refurbished TomTom One 130 GPS. Was very pleased with the unit until it failed two days later. A quick visit to Amazon's website & a few minutes later a prepaid shipping label was on my printer and a replacement was on-order. Three days later, I had my replacement & shipped the first unit back. My cost: $0. Can't ask for a better returns policy. You can't help but like Amazon! I'm not crazy about mail-in rebates, but it's worth it [to me] to get a GPS unit for $50 w/ free shipping. Amazon has become my first stop when I shop online."

"This is my second order of Epson R220-compatible inks from this company. They've always been responsive to my questions and concerns. First order was refillable cartridges AND ink. A problem with one of the cartridges was remedied quickly. My only suggestions for improvement would be that they add a second bottle of black ink to the refill kits; and that replacement syringes include blunt-tip refill needles rather than standard needles. I'm concerned because I'm unsure if my cartridges have some sort of internal bladder that the standard needle could damage. Overall, a great company to deal with- didn't look anywhere else when my first inks were running out. They offer USPS delivery- which is less expensive than UP$ if you prefer that route."

"Ordered TRENDnet n-series router and two 802.11n wireless network cards. All three arrived in seperate boxes via FedEx less than a week later. Packaged well (Glad to see no Styrofoam peanuts used). You can track your package by checking your account online. They do not email the tracking# to you but do tell you when your order ships. Items were exactly as I ordered & so far, I've used the router and one card. Both work flawlessly. Shipping the items separately seems wasteful, but shipping was free, so I cannot complain. I will buy from them again. Before you buy, Google for "Buy.com coupon codes"; it can save you a dollar or two. It worked for me."
