Waited 1/2 hour for a supervisor on second call, first time I was hung up on . Was told that the exact replacement (showing in stock on the website) was not available, nor was a substitute for $10 more (also showing in stock), but that an alternative at $65 more expensive was available. Each item is thoroughly photographed - they do a far better job than the manufacturer itself. By the time you get it, it's as if you had tried it on. Fast shipping as well. "Tiger needs to either keep closer tabs on drop-shipper inventory, or at least warn the buyer when an item is not stocked in their warehouse. Some of their suppliers lie about availability.
They also need to screen their vendors for the quality of their tech assistance, since they do not provide their own but rely on that provided by their products' manufacturers. I recently found, for example, that XFX-Pine's support is worthless."
