"Well-made piece of equipment. The delivery was quick and the assembly instructions could not be any easier. I am very confident that this heavy duty hose reel will last many years. I know I won't regret paying the extra money in comparison to other hose reels which are made of plastic. I have gone through my share of those and the frustration they cause. The only improvement I can suggest for this unit is for it to have some sort of hose guide to assure even winding. But I get it, sometimes it is best to leave a thing simpler. It might just be another thing that can go wrong. I'll attach a rag to the side to grab the hose as it winds instead. No big deal. This hose reel is an absolute winner. I'm very happy with my purchase."
