"Very disappointed with warranty service policy. When purchasing a mobile phone, there was no indication that by purchasing it through GimmeDigi I would not qualify for the one year manufacturer's warranty. There is an clause in the terms and conditions that states that they provide a DOA warranty, but it is not in any way clear that the standard manufacturer's warranty is void. What should have been a free repair cost me over $70.00AUD and my phone was out of use for over a month. If you are going to hide behind a policy like this, you should make it very clear AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE that no manufacturer's warranty is available. This would have totally changed my buying decision."
