Worst customer service
"I received my order a year ago. Checked the routing and account number to make sure they were correct. I didn’t think I needed to look through each book of 25 to make sure all 100 had the right check number. When I got the last book of 25 out today I realized that it was a duplicate book. Called customer service and woman said she couldn’t understand what my issue was. I requested to speak to a different person. She understood what I was saying but told me I ordered them that way. I assured her I did not order duplicate numbers and this book of 25 is out of the same order as the ones I already used with this number on it. Then she laughed and said it was out of warranty so there is nothing they can do. So, if you do order checks from here be sure to check the number on every book because their employees can’t count and you will pay for checks you can’t even use."
