"I have ordered from Lubery.com before and had no problem with the service, however this time I cannot express how dissatisfied I am with Lubery's "award winning customer service." On 30-Oct-2006 I ordered items which have never been delivered nor shipped. The order tracking system on the website shows the order as paid, but never shipped. I have made good-faith efforts to contact Lubery via every e-mail address I could find, two phone numbers, web-site order status inquiry form, and "live" chat. None of these efforts have ever been met with a reply of any sort from Lubery. I am amazed at my fellow reviewers since some actually got in touch with a person. I have not even gotten that far. The only reason I have been so patient is I was foolish enough to believe that the patronizing message on the customer service line was genuine. I was duped when the date on the recording changed from 6-Nov to 15-Dec as the expected date when phone service would be restored. I have been forced to finally contact my credit card company and have the charges reversed. Please, do yourself a favor if you're reading this review before ordering and do not order from this merchant. You run a serious risk of not getting what you ordered. The products I ordered are readily available at any number of other web merchants for the same or lower prices. You do not have to order from Lubery."
