"I've read some bad reviews about this company, so it was with some skepticism that I ordered something from them. I upgraded my laptop hard drive, so I ordered the EZ-GIG hard drive enclosure and cloning software. The website isn't the easiest to use, and their communication is lacking. i.e. they didn't email me with confirmation info and tracking info. However, the item arrived VERY quickly. So quickly, in fact, that it came before the charge even showed up on my credit card account. I'd have no problem ordering from this company again."

"I ordered a laptop hard drive from PC Alchemy, and I gt great service. They did a good job of emailing me with updates on my order: when it was processed, when it was shipped, etc. It arrived VERY quickly, within 3 days. I'd highly recommend this company."

"This is an awesome eBay seller. They provide no-hassle customer service, without the high pressure "car salesman" techniques to get the buyer to purchase more items. I've purchased a lot of accessories for my Nikon N80 SLR from Cameta, and I've been satisfied with every single purchase. Their shipping rates are accurate and reasonable, unlike so many others who artificially jack up their shipping charges to make extra money, when the actual shipping cost is very small.
