"They authorize the logistics cie to ship it back to them as soon as there is any glitch in the process. I missed 1 call from UPS, the last-mile driver never left any paper notice, I receive no other call, no email ever.
UPS shipped it back to ECS at an additionnal 265USD charge of course (almost 2 time the rate for the original path), then ECS charges fee as "it was refused by the customer" (which isn't true as I didn't had a chance of accepting or refusing anything...)
So 1 month, 400+ USD charges, no package, no actual way of preventing a lazy driver or any other weirdness in shipping.
Stay very far away of those money creeps they are in my opinion a net negative to the humanity."
