They don’t even deserve the one star of rating…The worst ever shopping experience, I will never recommend this store to anyone.
"I finally got a hold of a sales representative after calling for few days. I placed an order to buy and Italian bedroom set. I was told that it will take 8-12 weeks to get it. This was in early May. So I called around mid of July to check on my order and I was told it should be here around the second week of August. I called again in early August and I was told that the manufacturing in Italy is closed for the entire month of August and I should be able to get a status on my order the first week of September. Around the third week of August I got a refund of full amount to my purchase price. I never cancelled my order. I have been calling them from since (almost a month) and no one answer the phone and no one retunes my calls. I left a numerous number of messages and I also send them an email message through my online account with them but never received a reply. HERE I AM AFTER FOUR PLUS MONTHS OF WAITING WITH NO FUFRNITURE AND NO CLUE. WHAT A WASTE OF TIME. I will never recommend them to anyone. I wish there is a rating less than one star, because they don’t even deserve the one star. That is too much rating for them."
