The good and the bad with Amazon Prime.
"Some shoddy products that were a hassle to return. Several times received used, damaged items despite when I ordered "new" condition. Shipments are not always prompt.
Good discounts at Whole Foods. Convenient home grocery delivery from there, too.
Prime Video is one of the best things about Amazon Prime, and that gets 5-stars on its own. Excellent source for free films and TV series. No commercials throughout the movie or show like you put up with on Tubi and Vudu and offers a better selection of titles. There is one commercial before the movie or TV episode begins, but it's just for other available movies and shows. Some Amazon Originals have been outstanding with remarkable actors and stories. The app runs smoothly on all my devices and Fire Stick. Thanks, Prime Video!"

Simple way to get cashback while shopping online.
"Just make sure you are first logged into the site you will be shopping. Then click through to the store on the BeFrugal site, which is easy to navigate. You can collect your cashback as a check in the mail (this requires $25 minimum to pay out) or as gift cards at stores of your choice. No hassles or glitches, always reliable over the years. Simplest way to earn cashback while shopping online.
"Sometimes you can get double the cashback or more. Make sure you're first logged into the site you will be shopping. Then click the store on the Rakuten site, which is easy to navigate. That's it. Best part is that Rakuten sends you checks regularly and notifies you under "My Account" and by email that your check is coming. You don't have to reach a minimum or take any steps to cash out. They do all the work. No hassles or glitches, always reliable. Thanks for everything, Rakuten!"

Convenient and no hassles.
"Usually I just shop at one of the CVS stores near my home, but the online site is handy, especially if a supplement isn't available in the store. The site is well-organized. Everything ships very fast in a secure package and is fresh. Prices are great when there is a 30% off sale with free shipping. The site always has the items I want in stock, too."

My favorite online bead shop.
"Lima Beads has a good variety of quality supplies, an easy-to-navigate site, frequent sales, fast shipping, and exceptional customer service. They're consistently good. After the local bead shop in my city permanently closed, I tried Lima Beads and have shopped there about a half dozen times to make my own necklaces and earrings. Whether the order is large or small, extraordinary care is given to labeling and wrapping each item. I like that there's no minimum purchase requirement. I also like the American-made options. Shipping cost is low or free. Once during the holiday season last year, they even sent me a $5 coupon code to use on anything on the site. With every order, you always get a 10% discount code for your next purchase."

Welcome to purgatory.
"Online shopping should be convenient and stress-free for anyone who hopes to save time and energy. Especially cancer patients and their caregivers. The hat I received wasn't even as advertised on the Headcovers Unlimited website. It was also poorly constructed with coarse, cheap cloth that had an odd unpleasant odor. Maybe it had soaked up the stink from the piece of cardboard in the envelope that smelled like...well, dirty wet dog. Not only was the hat scratchy and uncomfortable, it didn't look brand new. The hat was made in China. It's way overpriced for what you get. Customer service and the small company's president tried various excuses to stall the refund process, then actually admitted the hat I got wasn't as advertised...and later tried to dodge issuing a refund though I promptly mailed the hat back to them as they had requested. Weeks later, after playing email tag, I was able to get only a partial refund. I didn't want to continue getting the runaround to get the rest of the money, so my credit card company had to get involved. It's the only time I've had to do this for a refund, which the credit card company handled quickly and efficiently. Yeah, Headaches Unlimited was the most terrible shopping experience. Ever."

Smooth transaction.
"For years I've occasionally bought from Best Buy at their stores. It's always been a good experience. When I purchased a wrong item for my computer, it was a quick no-hassle return. They also had the best sale price on a monitor I recently wanted, and plenty were in stock at the store. My online transaction was easy, shipping was fast, the item was of great quality and exactly as advertised, the price was a bargain, package was securely packed, and the invoice was clear. There's a handy Merchandise Return Form at the bottom of the invoice, or the option of a free return in their stores."

Good choices, overall fair prices, & free shipping.
"For the past few years I've bought my vitamins, herbal supplements, soap, toothpaste, shampoo, and organic cacao powder from here. The products are fresh and securely packed in a sturdy cardboard box. There are plenty of great brands. Shipping is free no matter the size of your order. There's no minimum. Free standard shipping is supposed to take 5-7 days but I've always gotten my orders in about half that time. The only thing I probably wouldn't buy is cosmetics. I bought a rather expensive eyeliner that had gunk all over the cap and looked slightly used. But Pure Formulas apologized without any excuses and promptly gave me a refund. You can easily track your package and even have the convenient option to be notified by email when your package is packed and shipped. There are some good sales and free samples, too."

Amazing Gargoyles
"The shop is called Hungate Sculpture. Outstanding artwork. High quality materials. Securely packed with care. Clear communication with the artist. He provides excellent customer service. I've shopped from about a dozen vendors on Etsy since 2015. I've never had a problem except with one mistake, and that jewelry seller quickly sent me a new item and a free gift. It's hard to fake reviews on Etsy, and sellers can't delete bad reviews (though they can respond publicly with a comment). Just read some of the reviews. You can even contact the seller with your questions before buying."
