"Small wood side table arrived with a small crack in the rim of the table top. Gary offered options of (a) discount on the price we paid, (b) replacement, or (c) full refund. We didn’t want to wait for a replacement so we opted for the discount. Communication with Gary was excellent - he was quick to respond, professional, and courteous."
