Defective product
"I ordered 2 GE filters. One was defective. I wrote email to company for refund. The return form they want you to use would not allow me to complete it. I emailed all this information and ZERO response. Will never use this company again. Also learned the $65 I paid for each filter was a total ripoff as 3 got $25 on Amazon. The appliance store told me that."
