"The service was great. Ordered Garmin City Navigator software. Good price. Received it without any problems or delays. Would not hesitate to buy from them again.
It might just be me, but I think that their website could use a redesign, or something. I found it rather difficult to find what I was looking for. For example, this software wasn't listed under "software", you had to look under accessories for a particular gps unit. The gps I wanted to buy was there one evening, the next morning, when I decided to order it, after much looking on their site, I couldn't find the page for it again. It was possibly removed for a good reason. In any case, I went somewhere else to get it."

"They had a good price on Windows XP Home OEM.
I returned the first copy I bought to them for replacement, because the disk was damaged.
It wasn't a problem, but they credited my card instead of shipping the replacement.
When I asked, after a week, what was happening with the replacement, I got a very quick reply explaining what had happenend.
I re-ordered the software and it arrived when expected.

"Bought two types of HP photo paper that they had for a good price.
One of them was out of stock when I placed the order. No problem, I wasn't in a hurry.
They shipped the one in stock right away.
I checked on the status of the other one after a week. It was then in stock.
Since I had not received any shipment notification on this half of my order, I emailed them.
I got a quick reply telling me that they had already shipped it. It arrived later that day.
Satisfied with everything.
I'm going to order a Logitech headset that they have for a good price, today."

"Ordered an HP printer they had for a much lower price than anyplace else that I would buy from.
It wasn't a problem for me, but I didn't receive any notification of shipment. A check of the order status on their website showed that tracking info wasn't available and to contact them for this. I thought that I'd wait a few days more, as I live across the country from them.
It arrived a couple of days earlier than expected. Because of holiday scheduling, it was even delivered on a Saturday!

"Ordered some items that were eligible for their free shipping option (Fedex ground). They gave me a free upgrade to Fedex Saver.
Two case fans I wanted were back ordered. They were able to ship them the following day. They upgraded the shipping on them to Fedex 2 day at no charge.
Everything arrived at the same time and a few days earlier than I expected.

"I am also surprised at the low rating for Amazon.com.
The complaints about slow shipping mostly have to be because the free shipping option was chosen. You are told when you choose that option, that it can take a week or so just for your item to ship.
I have shopped with them for 7 years and never had a problem. I also use them sometimes when they may cost a bit more than someone else, because I can depend on their reliability.
My latest order was for a 21" monitor. I chose the free shipping option. In this case, and it has happened before for me also, the item shipped in 2 days. It arrived in good condition much sooner than expected.
For me, online shopping doesn't get any better than this."
