"When I submitted my order the first time using my favorite credit card I got a message saying my Financial institution rejected accepting my payment method, but there was no reason give as to why. I called my bank and they had no record that House of Inks putting the order through, so had no answer as to why my order might have been rejected.
I then called House of inks of customer service, and got a message to leave my number and someone would get back to me. Wasn't happy with not being able to wait on line.
I finally submitted my order a second time using a different credit card, which was accepted.
Really wanted to know why my preferred credit card was denied."
