"Absolutely terrible company... No response from emails and phone calls. You can never reach anyone there and live chat never works. Email was sent 8/11 that it was shipped and I was charged 8/8 on my credit card. Two weeks later and nothing. Do NOT waste your time with them as I have. No way to even check on status."
