"The other day I placed an order and one of the items was a special order. Per'PC's reached out and gave me an update and offered to ship the current in-stock items out today or bulk ship once the back ordered part came in. Since I needed most of the other parts quickly I opted to have them do 2 ships. I did offer to pay the 2nd shipping since it was my choice. The back order was supposed to be in a few days later so the delay would have been minimal. PerPC's said that no extra shipping was necessary due to the back order being not overweight.
1. Immediate status update on order
2. Option ship now or wait until back order
3. No extra shipping costs on my end (I would have paid extra)
Grade: A+
Who knows, I may need to order an extra fitting or 2 and then combine shipping costs so I could pay. Small companies running on a tight margin shouldn't be expected to cover extra costs for our impatience. Especially in this area where there are very few options. PerPC's is my goto source for PC water cooling and more!

Restoring a Snapper
"I've bought a lot of pasrt for my Snapper RER from Jack's. Hey, are they fast? Sometimes when the parts are in stock. When they are not in stock it takes about a week. I think that's avg. Never been disappointed and would order from Jack's again! I rate an "A""

Lights, Camera, Action..... Christmas Illuminated
"Ordered a bunch of LED lights to replace my Bethlehem tree Leds that are useless. Had to spec out these replacements so I could rewire tree as we love the tree but not the lights. A ton of reviews of Bethlehem customers had issues with the lights.
Ordered multi colored T5's with 6 inch spacing. Fast shipping and good pricing. Would highly recommend from my first experience.

Went for the bars but unfortunately not old enough...
"I had ordered some step bars for a 2017 Tacoma. Unfortunately, the AA fitment was off and these bars didn't fit. The return policy is excellent and we got the fitment fixed as well. Was reimbursed 100% very quickly. I have bought quite a few high end accessories from AA and it's been excellent service. Would recommend!!!"
