"What's not to like? Great site, easy to navigate & search. Huge selection, with lots of reviews, and lowest or near-lowest price on most items. Surprisingly good customer service. Reliable, fast shipping - often free.
That's my experience as a tech buyer, anyway -- I haven't shopped their other departments."

"I've used Microcenter four times in three years. The shipping delays, and one order cancellation (out of stock?), I could overlook because of the prices, but I've started to receive SPAM (mostly ads from websites selling pirated software) at my microcenter email address. I use a mail service that lets me set up a unique email address each time I deal with a new store/website. Most never receive spam, but Microcenter apparently sells its customer email addresses."

"When I do business with a new merchant I create a unique email alias (like ****@****). Most never receive any mail except from the original merchant, but out of over 100 unique aliases, my BMGMUSIC address ranks about #4 for amount of spam. Ads for electronics, DVDs, pharmaceuticals, auto and home loans -- it gets them all. I've never used/listed/typed that unique address anywhere but on BMG's web site. BMG obviously sells their customer email list to spammers. I'll never do business with them again.
I wonder how much of the paper junk mail I get is because BMG has my street address."

"Beware of phishing scams!
Whenever I try a new store, I make an email address just for that store. In the past couple months I've begun getting phishing scam emails (emails trying to trick you into entering bank account information on a web site) directed at my 2buystore address. The 2buystore website is the only place that address has ever been used, and it's far too long and complex to have been chosen at random by a general spammer. Either a hacker stole a list of email addresses from 2buystore, or 2buystore sold them."
