SquareTrade comes through!
"Purchased a 3 year warranty directly from Square Trade on a TV Sound bar, purchased on EBAY NEW. Since the seller was not a manufacture authorized seller/dealer of the Sound Bar they would not honor their warranty. Since I purchased the warranty directly from SquareTrade they honored the warranty. Item was sent to SquareTrade (postage paid label emailed to me. After receipt of item SquareTrade kept me completely informed of the repair status through email. They determined they could not repair and will be sending check for the purchase amount. This whole process took about a week, which included mailing the item, their repair shop accessing it and determining UN-repairable. I should have the check within a week.
I cannot say enough about Square Trade, I have several warranties from them and have purchased many throughout the years. They really came through with great customer service and very professional in handling my claim.
Highly recommend Square Trade for all your warranties."

"Sold two IPhones to TriPhonia. From the on-line quote, to receiving the pre-paid envelopes, to mailing them and then receiving my cash within 8 days...WOW outstanding. Their quote was included with the pre-paid envelopes stating what they would pay if condition was as subscribed. I mailed on the 28th of December 2014, and received states amount today 5 Jan 2015, and this was over a holiday. Highly recommend this company, honest, good communication and quick service."

"Largest purchase on the internet, was concerned. Ordered LG Washer/Dryer combo with pedestals. Did lot of research including consumer research. LG pair I purchased was one of the top-of-the-line. US Appliance has the best price also free shipping at the time I ordered. Web site indicated 3 weeks for delivery, received in 2 weeks and this was over the holidays. Items delivered by local delivery company. Although they would not bring into the house, was stated on US Appliance web site, the driver had a dolly so was able to get into house. All items were well packed in factory cartons, and local delivery was friendly and satisfactory. Items were exactly as advertised, and throughout the process was kept informed by US Appliance. I will buy from them again. Very pleased and satisfied with thier service. LG Front loading washer/dryer work Flawlessly, highly recommend US Appliance."
