Horrible return policy
"I purchased 2 radiators, a water block and pump from Performance PCs only to find out the radiators size was misquoted due to the metal plug on the end of the radiator adding to the length. I opened the box and they do not want to accept the return. The second issue is that of the water block. I installed it and it damaged my Mother Board. I asked to return it and they said they would not since it was open. I will be looking elsewhere for my custom PC Products."

Restocking fee charged even though they were misleading in their description.
"I placed an order for a wireless antenna. It was advertised as 2 antenna(s) but only got one. They said there are 2 antennas in that one unit and that is why it was advertised that way. I said that was false advertising since the other antennas that had multiples were not advertised that way and said 1 Unit on them. They charged me $300 in restocking fees and I had to pay shipping to return the item. All in all I am out $400 in the deal."

"Horrible return Policy and very unclear website. I ordered ram that was for a server only, but the site did not mention this. I then emailed them asking to return it and they said it would be a 50% restocking fee and I had to pay the return postage."
