"The site is easy to use and the ordering process was pretty straightforward.
However, their policy regarding a free shipping promotion was very deceptive. As soon as I entered the code from my J&R Gift Card, the entire order reset, and the free shipping option disappeared. The email J&R sent me regarding the free shipping did not state that there were any restrictions on the offer."

"The site is easy to use, and finding the right part is straightforward.
I ordered next day shipping. It would be nice if the site noted that "next day" meant FedEx by 3pm, instead of FedEx by 10:30am."
