"I just rented the Canon 17-55 f/2.8 IS lens and it was my first time renting from an online service like Lens Pro To Go so I was a little cautious, but when I called to place my order, I felt reassured by the professionalism I experienced talking with them. I also got my tracking number and so I could know exactly when the package would arrive, and that was a comfort as well.
The lens was in perfect working condition. I used it and got a nice reminder the day before I needed to ship it back... which is great for me because I oftentimes forget things!
I just put it back in the box it came in, taped it back up and stuck the return shipping label on it that they supplied, and called Fed Ex to arrange for a pickup. So easy!
I will definitely call them again!"
