I'd Give 0 Starts if I could
"I wish I could give zero stars and that I could share photos here. I purchased a $4K couch, and the middle cushion was totally flat. They replaced it with a new middle cushion, which was then much more down-filled than the two side cushions. I provided photos to customer service as well as to the manager at the King of Prussia store, Rose, and she said if she had that couch in her showroom she would request new side cushions. The couch looks ridiculous, with the middle seat sitting inches above the side seats. Gary from customer service is the worst. You should review their rating with the BBB. I should have done that before purchasing."
