"I ordered 3 pair of nursemate shoes and received them on 4/15/2009. One pair had a defective shoe so I returned them and they were received by allheart on 5/13/2009. Here it is June 29,2009 and I haven't seen the $40.00 refund yet and doubt I ever will. I have emailed and called to no avail. I would not recommend this company to anyone. Their customer service is pitiful. I will not order anthing else from them. Allheart has No Heart as far as I'm concerned. UPDATE 6/30/2009. I have just discovered during a heated conversation with an allheart customer service representative that my credit card account has been credited with my refund, although I was told I would receive a refund check in the mail. Boy, dealing with these people is a three ring circus. I told the lady I spoke with that I did appreciate the refund, even though it was not done the way I was told it would be handled. I also told her that I would not have this problem again because I was through with their sorry company."
"Even though I did get my merchandise, finally, I went through a hassle getting it. CopperState billed my credit card two (2) days after I placed the order. After receiving my order confirmation and not hearing anything for 7-10 days, I emailed the company only to find out one of the items I ordered was out of stock. Their web site did not indicate this. The owner of the company called me and told me he would take care of me, but it wasn't until June 18 when I got my order. This company will bill your credit card even if they know it's going to be a month before they can ship your stuff. I think this is wrong. They should not charge you until they ship your items. Amazon.com does not bill for anything until they ship and that's the way it should be. After I finally got the items from CopperState, they deleted my account. Needless to say, I won't be ordering anything else from this company. They did get my items to me, but the handling of my transaction by them left lots to be desired."
"Found softwareoutlet.com's web site after a search online. Ordered software and a flash drive 1/13/2008. Received an initial confirmation email telling me my order was confirmed and that they would be charging my credit card. After 6 emails and one phone call, no response from softwareoutlet.com. This company is a scam and a ripoff. I wish I had read the reviews online before ordering. If I had, I would never have ordered anything from these ripoff artists. I have submitted a claim to the Better Business Bureau and hope to get a refund. I am lucky in one respect, my order was only about $40.00. The amount is not the point, the point is that this company is dishonest. I would highly encourage anyone not to order from softwareoutlet.com. You'll never get what you ordered."
