"I am not very impressed with this seller...I ordered an RC boat from them with confidence that they would have it because it said "AVAILABILITY: IN STOCK" on the description page.
Further to that, their "The Xenon Difference" link makes a claim that "We Stock What We Sell", and that "If you are able to place an item in your shopping cart, then it is available for immediate shipping. You can feel confident that if you ordered it, you will receive it soon."
However, this wasn't the case with my order because after they took my paypal payment, they sent me an email indicating that the item was on backorder, they didn't know when they would get them in stock, and then they just refunded my Paypal payment. Not only did they falsify their claim, they didn't even give me an option to buy another item that they had in stock for the same price, or at least something else that I may have been willing to pay the difference for. As a result, I have no item, and I have a PENDING refund that won't clear back to my credit card until 5 days, which basically holds my credit card hostage for the cost of the item.....Very disappointed!"
