"I was shipped a defective unit. They wanted me to pay for shipping costs BACK to China but I ended up arguing that it wasn't fair to pay additional for something they did wrong. They offered to reimburse me for my shipping costs, upon arrival of the product.
Now they claim they don't have the product (although my tracking number says it was delivered). They won't refund my money for shipping OR for the unit. Customer service is terrible.
They will only act if you threaten to escalate the dispute through paypal. So, word of advice: DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY! THEY ARE UNETHICAL ILLEGITIMATE AND UNHELPFUL!
If you do happen to buy from them, make sure you do it through paypal and escalate the claim for refund. They get scared of being investigated because obviously they're some sort of shady company."
