"Worst online retail experience ever. I paid for 3-5 day delivery but my credit card wasn't charged until over a week later and the order NEVER shipped. Lubery.com never responded to multiple emails or phone calls. I had to cancel my credit card and file a fraud claim with my bank. Weeks later when I managed to reach Jack Stapleton (owner), he was rude, condescending and ultimately deleted my account (and blocked my email address) without any sort of apology. What made things worse is that I was a return customer for several years. The California Better Business Bureau Online rates Lubery.com an "F" - something I wish I had known earlier. Avoid Lubery.com at all costs."
