horrible customer service
"so I understand during covid businesses have been short staffed and things take a little longer, but I bought two canvas packs and paid for 2-4 day shipping, week went by I emailed their customer service, took me about 10 times to get them to even ask for my order number and try to figure out where my order was, I tried canceling, 10 days since ordered they finally tell me my order has already shipped and they can’t cancel it. EVEN THOUGH IVE BEEN IN CONTACT TRYING TO CANCEL! Moral of the story DONT PAY FOR EXTRA SHIPPING FROM THEM!
