"I ordered from Rakuten through their merchant seller Buydig. Although the item was supposed to ship in 2 business days, it took 6 business days just to ship the item and then another 6 business days for delivery because they used Fedex smartpost. Then, when I went to cancel, I had to deal with Buydig, not Rakuten, who told me to reject the package and a refund would be processed when it was returned to them. What kind of customer service is that? Never again!"
