"After seeing all of the negative reviews I was hesitant to order from Bud's. But my own local gun store said they have never had a problem with them in 3 years. So I placed an order. No problems at all. The order was shipped the next day and arrived at my gun store in good shape. They could do a little better on shipping notification. I never received the promised email telling me that the order had been shipped. A small issue though. Overall a very positive experience."

"I ordered a bottle jack from their online site. When it came I found it to be low quality. It leaked oil all over the floor. I took it back to one of their stores. They tried to deny that I could return to a store, but I quoted from the web-site that such a return was allowed. Fair enough. They did honor the return finally.
Then they emailed me and asked for a review of the item I had returned. I complied with a poor review as befitting a poor product. Nothing about the company, just about the product. The review was "rejected" by TractorSupply.
"Your opinion is very important to us and the Tractor Supply community. We appreciate you taking the time to write a review on Powerbuilt® 3 Ton Jack & Jack Stand. Unfortunately your review did not meet our guidelines for posting on our site."
The review I had submitted was polite and clearly pointed out the defects of the product. There was no valid reason for it to be rejected. They just didn't want a one-star review of this product.
All in all, this diminishes my confidence in this company."

"All in all the experience with AVADirect has been quite positive. I configured a desktop computer and submitted the order. Over the next week, I changed my mind about components 4 or 5 times. Each time AVA was able to quickly and nicely accommodate my changes. When the machine arrived, it was very well packed and sustained no damage at all in shipping. The build quality is quite good; all wiring neat and bundled. Best of all, everything works perfectly.
I had a technical support question which was answered within the hour by email from AVA. Turns out the fault was on my end.
A great job by AVADirect. I would order from them again."
