"I decided to write a review for this company since there seems to be so many negatives and I almost didnt purchase from them because of it. I didnt have much of a choice since they were 1 of the few where I could find the wine cooler I was looking for. I was very skeptical but the order process was very easy and I was able to find a coupon code for the company. I placed the order Thurs. 11/29/12 and received order confirmation right away. Received a shipping confirmation by the next day and received the product Tues. 12/4/12. It was a decent price and am very happy with my purchase so far though I never had to contact the company about anything. This is a Xmas gift and I prefer not to unpackage the whole thing to make sure its functioning properly but they say they have a 30 day return policy."

"Most terrible company I have ever dealed with on the Internet. I needed an LCD screen for a client and chose overnight delivery. It says if ordered before 4pm then it will ship that day. It is now 9 days since my order and havent received any communication from them. Tried calling them twice and only received a voicemail - no call back. I am working with paypal now to get a refund. Since then I ordered from a different outfit and installed the LCD with no problems. I will never deal with them again."
